"Well...its something like that." She holds out a small spark in both paws in front of her as she sits relaxed on her haunches. "My Lightning...think of it as a being of its own." she begins to explain to Ursus and Sirhaan. The green spark crawls around her hand. "and this being needs energy to survive, but cannot get it on its own. Therefore it needs a host."
The spark rapidly danced in spot before flying to her other paw.
"So to answer your question, Ursus, when I fly in a storm, SOMETIMES, it just passes right through me. In one side and out the other and I feel no pain. Other times, it gets absorbed." she puts down her paws, the little spark shooting straight up into the clouds. "but that's the dangerous part, because once the energy becomes too much for me to handle...I lose control and become wild."
she shrugs and shakes her drenched mane. "Ah well..such is life." said with a happy tune.

Ursus nods along, clearly impressed. "Well. That's pretty damn cool. I don't know all of what I used to be able to do or all of what I am currently capable of BUT I do know the earth listens to me and I did wake up from the earth parting from around me. Prettttyyy sure I was dead at one point."

She hummed as she thought, “Well I have a few. My favorite is probably being able to create light.” She holds out her talons and lets a small, bright ball form. She holds it for a minute before getting rid of it. “I can also enchant things as I’ve showed Ursus with a rock earlier.”

Ursüs scoffs. “I’m no badger.” He grumbles to no one in particular. Upon the mentioning of the levitating rock he nods earnestly. “Yeah it was pretty... unnatural.”

She trills as she saw the light and it disappears. "Do it again?"

Her scales light up as she tilts her head, “Again? If you wish.” She makes another and holds it before looking to Moonsong.

She makes a purr like noise as she brings her face closer to the light. She loved it. It reminds her of something she found long ago underground.
"Thank you!" she says to Sirhaan while backing away to once again shake the water out her sopping fur. Luckily it wasn't too long before the storm softened to a light shower. The sunlights rays poked through the holes in the cloud, creating a rainbow in the sprinkling water.
MoonSong then gets a thought and turns her head from the rainbow, to the drake. "Ursus, do you not wish you can fly?" she opens her wings.

Ursüs winces a bit st the question. “Well... as of today flying and I have a love hate relationship... I am better on the ground, and wishing too hard for something I will never have isn’t healthy. As far as I know my kind never have wings, or so I’ve been told.”

"I always thought that drakes lost their wings because they loved being in the earth so much. The wings only got in the way and so the sky king granted their wish. Removal of the wings." She tells the story.

Ursüs tilts his head as he listens along. “Ah~ That is most interesting. Never heard of that King before... Hm. Well either way it is very true that I love the earth and all the different forms of life that live on it and under it. I especially like old trees.”

"Badger." She mumbles with a small laugh. "Well, if either of ever want a story I am willing to share!" She happily trills. "My mother was an eastern dragon. They love telling stories! It's been passed on to me." She gives her wings an experimental flap before adding on a last sentence, "or we could share of our travels yeah?" And with that she flies up, twirling in the air and evening out to travel west. "I will return soon!" Her melody carries over to her new friends.
