(Open to Everyone)
Darkness, a consuming darkness was all Sirhaan saw at first.
She knew but didn’t accept that she had died,
how could it be?
She still had so much to live for and look forward to.
These thoughts replayed in her head until she was greeted by a new scene.
What appeared to be colorful clouds was all she stood on, above her a gray sky.
When she turned.. there was a village.
Much like some of the human ones she’d seen.
Upon walking over in curiosity, what appeared to be a place once flooded with life, was as vacant as her corpse that laid by her brother.
It didn’t look like there was much of a panic before everyone just seemed to disappear.
As though, they didn’t have time to panic.
As though, it were over too fast.
At the end of the town stood a huge building, it stretched farther than she could see and seemed to be growing without moving.
Curiosity got the best of her and she walked towards it.
In a language she had once seen while in the facility, english she believed they called it.
Did she know that?
How?
She suddenly knew it fluently.
Before reading the sign she quickly looked down, and realized with a start she was not the tan Sirhaan she had been in Frostbite.
Her fur was a chocolate brown, from White River Pack.
She was more confused than ever but tried to remain calm.
Looking back up at the sign, she read,
“Library of Thought.”
————————
It had been three days since Sirhaan had died,
Felan was slightly panicked.
Moon told him three days, and he had hoped that’d be enough.
What was Aoertis doing?
It upset him and he paced, panicked.
At this rate the pack will find out before he can do anything
————————
Sirhaan didn’t know it, but once stepping into the library she had already been a day inside her subconscious.
She’d spend two more unknowing days, exploring, reading the books.
They contained bits and pieces of her life,
everything from puphood to now.
Suddenly she saw a shadow,
it sprinted by quickly and brushed Sirhaan with a breeze of cool air.
She shook and hoped it was her imagination,
though maybe that would be worse.
Suddenly she ran into fur, white fur.
A male wolf wearing a dark cape stared down at her, glaring with hidden eyes.
Sirhaan gasped and took a couple steps back,
“Who are you? Why are you and I here?”
The cloaked figure removed his hood and quickly reached out a paw, startling Sirhaan,
“The names Aoertis, we’ve been waiting for you, Sirhaan.”
“How do you.. know my.. name?”
With a sharp movement he reveals the other Sirhaan, Frostbites coat.
“Sirhaan.. meet Sirhaan!”
————————
Felan howled in anguish but quickly regretted it.
He quickly began burying Sirhaan’s corpse more,
but in his panic he was messy, and had difficulty getting it to stay
————————
Aoertis explains to both of them that they’re both in the subconscious,
Felan had sent him to help make sure Sirhaan wouldn’t corrupt,
No details were skipped,
“All I need is time, you two will have to stay here, please dont get into any trouble and don’t travel out of the mind. Ill be back soon.”
With that Aoertis disappeared, leaving both the Sirhaan’s alone.
————————
Felan was still trying to frantically place snow on his sister,
he became frustrated and gave up,
if anyone tried he would just have to make sure they couldn’t kill him,
even if it meant another appendage.
