Things had gone south real fast. The talking turned to shouting and the shouting turned to Him launching himself at Moonsong, dragging her across the border. The hands reached out and grabbed her. Choking her, yanking her tail and her fur. She yelps in pain as much bigger claws dig himself in the scruff of her next and yank her upwards and back. She cries in pain as she feels their claws leaving long open gashes. Being yanked in every direction as he stands there watching her with a carefully neutral expression. A vast contrast to the toothy grins from before.
She hears Fennex call out, and with her voice laced in fear she calls out to him, "GET US OUT!!! wAKE mE UP!"

He quickly disappears out of the dream and back to his body, he then began to rapidly shake Moonsong and screaming for her to wake up

At first, the shaking did nothing as her body just moved with the movement. He shakes harder and her eyes flutter open, then she jumping to her paws gasping for air. She trembles and frantically checks her body, still feeling the cold hard grips of their hands choking and yanking her. Finding none, she slumps back to the floor. "Thank you, Fennex." she shakily says. But now she knows what he wants. She won't have it.
"Can you track others from dreams?" she asks.

"I really don't know exactly, you want to go find that guy?" Fennex sits with a look of unsurity and turns to Moonsong "I don't know if my power can reach that far ...yet.My grandma was able to do that from great distances but she was expierexped and I'm not but I'll try."

The sound of yelling wakes Ursus despite him being deep into his sleep. As he slowly exit's Aelin's den he growls to himself "And so the war begins." as he heads towards the source of the sound. Upon his arrival he finds Fennex and MoonSong awake, and up to something but what is unclear. (Said both out loud and in the minds of MoonSong and Fennex) The conflict has already begun, hasn't it?

"in a sense. I know what he wants. I was just asking if fennex is able to track him from the dream." she says to Ursus then focuses back to the said male. "Go ahead and try. If you can't find or reach him, then it is safe to assume he is not close by, and we might get a general idea on his location."

"Ok but I have a seven mile radius so if I don't find him we will have to move so I can locate him." Fennex starts to do his thing and does his best at trying to find this mysterious wolf. It was about a couple minutes before he finished "No he's not nearby." He says to both of them.

"Then that's good. We can try again tomorrow evening as we head toward the land bridge." She looks down as the scars on her chest ache with the memory. " I don't think im falling back asleep soon, Fennex. You can stay if you want, I have another bed. Or you can leave should you choose."

"You go do that." she nods to him as she walks him out her den. She sits by the den's entrance and watches the moon emerge from behind the clouds. She was only gone for five months. How could it all have spiraled down to this so fast? Movement in the shadows has her on high alert. Calming down once it was revealed as a squirrel. Her thoughts start to drift to the oncoming attack. She would leave to encounter him by herself.

Urusus politely returns the nod before leaving to lay by the water's side. As sleep takes him, the water near him ices over as frost creeps along the earth in his near by vicinity.

Fennex is still in the den with Moonsong. He watches her by the entrance and walks over to her and watches the moon too. He never takes his eyes off it as he starts talking "So what now, just wait till tomorrow?"

Aelin awoke shortly after Ursüs left, her chocolate eyes watching the scene unfold before her. She worried for moonsong, missing her usual happy disposition. She feared for what exactly was to come. However, considering her dreams were typically plagued with disturbing images of her past, she decided it was best to remain awake. She stretches her paws out before laying back down, looking at the moon and stars once again.
