This is a continuation of hhandfbc.boards.net/thread/133/ryka -when Fennex met Ryka (hasn't been named yet). It is now the morning after and he is going to introduce the pup to everyone, especially Ursüs since he needs permission for him to stay. (Anyone can join) Fennex wakes up alittle late than usual with the pup still sound asleep beside him. He carefully gets up to make sure he doesn't wake him and does his morning stretches. "I think I have some time to get him something to eat." He quickly runs off to get something to eat and when he comes back he hears wimpering and barking "Guess I took to long." He runs back quickly and the pup calms down and greets him with licks to his face " Nice to see you to, everyone probably heard you, here eat up." He drops the rabbit and the pup hungrily eats. |

As it is just morning, Ursus has yet to go to sleep and is out and about, watching. Searching. Always looking for knowledge and for danger. Barks break the silence of the early morning peace. New barks. Curiosity takes root and drives Ursus towards the source, coming upon Fennex and one little fuzz ball. "Good morning, Fennex. Everything going well today so far?"

"Yeah, I want you meet someone." He motions toward the pup eating his breakfast "I found him alone and no one was around so I brought him here."

"Wow, he got lucky then! Thank you for saving him, Fennex. You absolutely did the right thing." Ursus lays down and slowly crawls towards the pup. "Hello there pup. Are you ok?"

The pup scurried away from Ursüs and hid under Fennex "Don't worry he'll warm up to yah. I wanted to see you because he is new here and I needed your permission for him to stay" Fennex says

Ursüs sighs softly, slightly hurt that the pup was afraid but is used to it all the same. “Thank you, Fennex. I’ve no issue at all with the pup staying with us. Though I hope you have experience as the pup is now your responsibility, we may help you of course but it’s wellbeing primarily rests upon your shoulders.”

"Oh I have experience alright trust me" as he remembers having to watch alot of the pups back home, siblings included "alot of experience."

Ursüs rights himself and stretches. “Alright then! I’m glad to hear it. Don’t forget to go find Shadow at some point. She recently got a pup too so it will be good for the two to have some one young to play with.”

Ursüs snorts and rolls his eyes but knows better than to say more. “Right, anyways just let me know if you need help. I’ve had a fair bit of time with pups too.”

"I'll try not to" as Ursüs leaves Fennex turns his attention back toward the pup "What am I going to name you?" Fennex mind goes through alot of possible names but he wants something unique "How about Ryka? I like the name, how about you?" The pup merely tilts his head in response "Oh right, ineed to teach you to talk and stuff." Well Ryka, I'm your caretaker and this is officially your new home." He smiles at Ryka. The pup has no idea what he's talking about but that smile makes him suggest it's playtime. He starts jumping and nipping at Fennex ears while he laughs "Yep the others are going to love you."
