Ursus takes a deep breath and sighs "This may not be the best time to complain. Timing is everything. I also don't know what you mean by a Halfling because last time I checked they are small humanoids that look like short elves. I can assure you everything will be fine. Come talk to me about it another time please." (Aka another thread of your making because I can see that being a long conversation with a lot of lore being revealed).

"Stay safe please!" Ursus hollers after Amisu before muttering "I sure hope she's actually going back to the dens." Ursus looks around for a moment and when the coast is clear, he brings himself back down into his smaller state. He shakes for a moment and takes a few deep breaths before the shaking stops. "Bay, how much do you know of this world? It seems there's always something new and surprising to learn. Never heard a wolf get called a Halfling before. Jackie sure doesn't seem elvish to me!" (oops, I shouldnt have moved it apparently XD oh well! sorry Aelin ) |

She eyes the male with concern in her blue orbs as he shakes, wanting to comfort him but not knowing how before replying to his question. "Well I'd like to think I know quite a bit... I've been on my own in this world for a very long time. I've seen and done a lot of things I never want to see or do again. I do have to say I've never seen a wolf-elf halfling before. Not really sure how that'd happen if i'm honest." she says in a small voice, recalling her 'adventures' and all the creatures she has seen.

Alright that's fair, thank you for answering my question, even if it maybe was a bit silly, And... don't worry about me when I shrink, it only hurts for a moment, and no damages are done. Shrinking is a force of will, Wargs are supposed to be large, but it's kinda hard to fit in if you're a hulking monstrosity now isn't it? Might accidentally give some one a pug nose if you do this!" Ursus gently boops her nose with a smile and hopes that maybe, just maybe its enough to help change the mood for the better.

Bay chuckles and rolls her cobalt eyes at the male. "You're not a hulking monstrosity. Don't ever think you are." She says before pawing him and falls over losing her balance on just the 2 legs, landing in the snow with the ever comical "oof"

Ursus laughs and flops down next to her. "Well believe it or not I have been thought of as such in the past. Though I'd certainly much rather be kind. Life can be hard enough without everyone making it more difficult on each other. And that is why I value compassion so much, it makes all the difference." He smiles brightly at Bay with his legs all contoured in the air still from being a ham.
