As they approach a lake far larger than the den area, Ursus groans as the sun is now bright and beaming down upon them, grumbling to himself about how shitty the weather is.

Moon is finally more awake and is now paying more attention to their surroundings, and to the pack in front of her. She finds herself unconsciously drawn to the other arctic wolf, walking with Aelin. A raccoon watched the group and Moonsong growls at it. It runs away chattering. "Would you like to walk with me, fennex?" Moon offers to share her warmth

Warmer? Warmer?! Fennex, are you sure you wouldn’t rather live in the desert? I was going to take you all further south but thst was before it got this hot and before I knew so many of you are st odds with water.

"I'd rather be cold than warm... You really may want to go check out the desert, Fennex." Ursus brings them to the far West side of the lake, showing them another running body of water. And here we have the other part of the river. There is no bridge here so we will turn back once we are done here. If you would continue West from here, you'd eventually hit inhabited lands and it's not something I suggest doing.

Ursus stop's in his tracks and visibly sighs. I haven't met them. There are Humans, Elves, Dwarfs, Orc's and more. We should be wary of all of them. I can speak their tongue but I'd rather avoid it.

Well, as I said I haven't met them But from what I hear... Well. It tends to not be good. Some think highly of our kind while other's think us no more than simple beasts and kill on sight. I DID meet a Dark Elf here when I met Bay... I had to kill it for it shot me twice with arrows and for no reason at that. *sighs* And may Bay forever rest in piece.
