Dragons: Ageless beings that have been around since long before recorded history. These creatures may take on a humanoid shape at will, some very much passing for a human or elf, while others are a bit more noticeable. Most appear reptilian (primarily lizard-esque, some more serpent like ones exist however), though there are certainly some that bare fur or even insect like chitinous plates.
Hydra: Multi-headed beast very similar in some ways to a dragon though is larger than all even the biggest of Drakes. Typically reptilian, these either have 4 legs, or no legs. It is VERY rare but some of them will have wings. Hydra tend to be cruel and are prone to siding with evil. With their lack of a blind spot as they can turn their heads in different directions, paired with the capacity to grow heads back these monster's are a fearsome foe and should never be attacked alone.
