She smirked evilly in reply. "How could I say no to elk" Her tail began to wag violently and she shifted on her paws impatiently. She licked her maws as her stomach rumbled again and she stuck her muzzle up to the air to sniff the sweet smell of prey nearby. "It has been ages since I have had elk" She began to drool. Since her frame is so small, she has much trouble taking down a full elk. So she would normally watch them from a distance, teasing from a distance of what she can't have... But not today.
Her heart rate immediately sky-rocketed with excitement.

Ursus snickers at her response. "Alright then.... Whatcha waiting for?~ Lets go!" Ursus takes a few steps and looks back to make sure Eagle is following. "Let's split, I'll flank from the woods to the upper left here, you stalk up the way here. Sound good?" Ursus wait's hunkered down with legs tensed like springs, hoping shes game or has a different plan. As they hide, the winds shift, hard, in their favor. With the wind blowing to their faces, Ursus is confident they may ambush some prey.

She nodded before silently bounding towards a patch of tall grass, perfect for concealing her small frame. She reached the grass and crouched down, her shoulder blades rolled as she crawls across the ground. She feels the wind hit her face, a smirk appeared on her maw and she glanced around at the herd. As she scanned for injured or weaklings, she caught sight of a female that had a limp in its hind leg. She looked over to Ursus and send a nod before leaping out. Her back legs kicked out, sending dust flying behind her. As she reached her way over the lead bull caught sight of her, running up to block her. Its muscles bulged as it stopped her in its tracks. His nostrils flared as it stared into her eyes, lowing his head to charge her with its antlers. But, she stared right back at him with a wide smirk. She quickly dodged out of its way, leaving it running and skidding. She glanced of to Ursus and smiled, urging for them to change their target as the bull regained its balance.

Ursus bolts to the woods for his proposed flanking maneuver, maybe not moving as fast as ideal but hey he's a big guy, not exactly aerodynamic. As he gets settled into his position he catches Eagles nod and slowly creeps forwards he spots the bull elk foil the plan. At Eagles notion he nods in return with a grin, her joy being infectious. Ursus bolts our of the brush and clips the distracted bull elks hamstring, lacerating it, and spins around ready to distract it for Eagle.

Not wanting Eagle to get tossed or impaled, Ursus charges a front leg and grapples it in his maw. His massive front paws dig down through the snow and into the earth, anchoring the elk in place. Ursus hopes that from here, Eagle can deal a fatal blow or get down without injury.
