Because we artists here on this forum would rather not have our art stolen or traced, there will be a few guidelines for both guests and members of the forum.
For starters please do not claim art as your own unless it belongs to you, this shouldn’t even have to be said.
Stealing can be in the form of
-Taking credit for something you never made
-Saying that you are the artist on a seperate account or on another website
-Stealing (a) character(s) in a piece of art and using them on a forum or other website
Guests - Will be banned immediately without warning, and reported on the site they were caught stealing.
Members - Will recieve a warning and if they refuse or ignore it they will be banned.
If needed a staff member will persue possible legal consequences.
Do not trace any art. It’s alright if you politely ask and they give consent for you to reference it. Even then please give credit where credit is due. Tracing will not be tolerated at all. The same punishments apply as stealing.
Heavily referencing art without consent is punishable.
Please get the artists permission and do not reference if they decline.
Other punishable offenses
-Harrassing, Insulting, etc of an artist and/or their art. Guests will be immediately banned for this
-Demanding a free commission or to lower prices. (We won’t, unless by our own choosing)
-Don’t give Constructive Criticism unless the artist specifically asks for it.
-Constructive Critisism is not “Your art is bad. Improve.”
-Some artists do take commissions, however if you ask and they say they’re closed or don’t take commissions then don’t demand they give you one or bribe them for one.
