The crashing sounds behind Irina grab Kreig's attention. "The fuck?" Is all the growls as he very frantically continues working at the boards, wanting to get her out ASAP.

Irina's heart rate accelerated as all instincts screamed "wrong!" The board crack as the other two continues to tear it down. She tries to squeeze through the hole, but the sharp edges poke too hard into her sides. Her chest is too large. With one more desperate tackle, she busts through the hole, drawing some blood on her legs and sides as she panics to get out. Whatever was behind her had started running. Just as he managed to get free, a huge maw comes out and snaps. Almost grabbing her tail. She yelps and leaps behind Kreig as the scarred and bleeding head of a great Dane snarl from behind the remaining wood. Bloody drool clingy to his teeth and lips as he barks at the three dogs.
What Graoi had said earlier finally clicked with Irina as she pushes Krieg and gathers Starburst with her tail. "Go! let's Go! Get out of here!" she urged

Starburst jumps back at the appearance and wastes no time getting away from it.

Kreig does a tactical retreat with his comrades, but maintains the rear guard, snarling and staring down the mangy beast that would have at them. "The hell is going on?!" Kreig yells as they being to make a little distance.

"Keep walking! Dont look back!" Irina speed walks as to not draw more attention. "If we run we may trigger more!" She lead them back the way they came, past the water they drank from before, and turning right. She stops. Back in familiar territory of the residential district. She crumbles to the floor with a shakey exhale. That was close.
"My apologies, Starburst, Kreig. I didn't know the sick ones were residing there." She apologizes with a small whimper.

She makes another odd whine and nudges Irina with her nose. She looks back towards where they just were and tries to think of where she came from.

"I dont listen to fools." Irina growls at the strange one. There was a strange feeling going on inside her. Feeling a sense of deja vu, she pushes herself to a sitting position. She sighs and licks at the blood on her legs.
"Starburtst, there are two more residential areas like this one further east. However, if we go that way, there are higher chances of crossing with note of the sick ones. Should we go without a plan." Finished cleaning her wounds, she gazes into Star's eyes. "Do you remeber anything at all? Any detail, no matter how small, of your home or the areas it was in. Was there a park? Could you see the skeletons of tall buildings that looked as if they held up the sky?"

Starburst nodded her head to the last question, remembering looking at them from an upstairs window with her friends. She remembers a long street which contained the houses of her and her friends.

Irina tries to keep herself from frowning. She hasn't been to that site since the...
"Okay." She slowly nods her head. "Okay. Alright. I know where that is. But it's a long way there. About 4 hours walking." She looks up to the overcast sky at the last sentence. The sun was still high. Should they start the journey now, it would still be up, however that's not counting two-legs, stopping for food and water, strays or the sick ones.
Irina returns to gaze to the floor. Thinking.

Kreig flinches ever so slightly when Irina first mentions the sick ones.
Kreig grumbles to the stranger “You said there was no danger. If you want to help people give them solid info or stay out of it all together.”
Kreig huffs and searches their surroundings as Irina plans things out. “Four hours you say? Hmmm... that’s a fair ways away. Anything you wanna bring like some bandages? May not hurt to clean your wounds either.”

"From what I understand, the infection is spread through saliva. I didnt get bit." She side glanced the german Shepard as she licked over the scrapes that have stopped bleeding.
