Kanza makes a rather embarrassing yelping sound at her actions, caught off guard as he had been thinking over her answers to his questions at the time. Blinking rapidly he sat up, glancing around him, then to Aelin, and back again. "Aelin... What the hell?" eyes almost bulging out of his head in bewilderment and not really having room to process anything else.

Aelin fights back a giggle at his comical reaction, rising herself. “This is Frosa. I sort of.. live here now.” She pauses for a moment, double checking their surroundings. “And we’re a short distance away from the dens now. Follow me?” She asks, already padding toward the before mentioned area.

Kanza's brows knit in confusion but recovers fast. "A-alright then.." he allowed, knowing the snow pelted female couldn't hear his words. Let alone the uncertainty in them.

Upon arriving at the dens site, Aelin pauses, sniffing for a moment. “Hey Kanza, give a howl would you?” She asks over her shoulder, sitting down to wait for Ursus who would hopefully hear the howl.

Kanza nods with a questioning glance at the female before raising his head and giving a rather loud howl. To whom, he wasn't sure.

Where is Aelin... It grows late.... Ursus being's pacing anxiously around his den as a unknown to him howl rings out... And from the center of the other dens no less. "Shit." Ursus growls as the massive wolf begins barreling for the main area at full speed. As the winds shift and churn as is common in these parts. "Ah... Aelin is home! And... A stranger?..." Must not be an issue or there would be sounds of distress. Ursus slows his pace to respond in kind, his deep rolling howl echoing across the lands. Breaking into the area through the underbrush, the large horned and black wolf with tusk like fangs slows to a stop upon seeing his mate, and a stranger. I see you have returned home safe, Aelin. I'm glad to see you, I was beginning to worry. Whom is it you bring with you? A friend? (Telepathically to all near by)

Aelin’s tail picks up a happy wag at the sight of her mate. “Hiya ursus! This is Kanza.” She says with a glance back at her companion. “Kanza, this is ursus.” She then faces ursus again. “Kanza is an old friend of mine.... kijians brother.” She finishes quietly

A small smile is given to his mate before he ever so slightly bow's his head towards Kanza, never breaking eye contact with him through the motion. "Welcome, Kanza. I am Ursus. You find yourself in the lands and amongst those under my protection." His deep voice rolls out like waves of gravel as his piercing, glowing blue eyes study Kanza, out of curiosity. After all, they are from the same place as Aelin and are her old mates brother. How could he be anything but curious?

Kanza fights the urge to take a step back when the large creature came barreling into the clearing. But he calmed his nerves very soon as he noticed Aelin didn't seem phased. In fact, she seemed happy to see this male. Once introduced, kanza nods his head in greeting to the wolf he now knows to be Ursus, a friend of Aelin's. He supposed this meant he was a friend of his too now. "Nice to meet you Ursus. This is a very beautiful place. Strange, but beautiful nonetheless." he remarks with a playful nudge at Aelin, referring to their little teleportation adventure, which he was still a little rattled by.

Ursus smile softly as he determines Kanza to be the friendly sort. "Thank you, I hope you will enjoy your time here. Speaking of this, are you here to stay? Judging from what I see here I don't expect you to be trouble so you may remain here as long as you wish. Call it home even should it be something you desire." Ursus's eyes glide up as ravens cry out and shift around in the tree tops, not in distress but just their typical shenanigans. Ursus snorts softly as he watches the trouble makers a moment longer before bringing his gave back down to the two pale wolves before him.

Aelin rolls her dark eyes at Kanza’s comment before nodding at ursus’s next words. After he finishes speaking she turns her head back to Kanza, hoping he will indeed decide to stay.

Kanza nods without really needing to think about it. He had been looking for Aelin for a very long time and he wasn't about to leave his old friend now. "Of course I'll stay. At least until this one gets tired of me." He teases with a grin and nod at Aelin.

"Ha!" Ursus cheers with tail wagging. It'll be good to have more friends, plus.... I could always use help teasing my mate. It's funny when she's feelin a bit spicy.

Kanza rolls his eyes at her little jab, giving a chuckle of his own. He then nods his head in agreement with Ursus. That is until his eyes widened in realization of what he said. "Wait..." he looked between the two, his eyes narrowing as they finally fixed on Aelin, just now noticing the scent of the other male all over her. "You... you two are.." he shook his head, exhaling and blinking a few times. He had no right to be angry with her, not after everything she'd been through in the past year. He sighed, "Alright then..." a brief pause, collecting his thoughts, "Yes Ursus I hope we can also become.. friends." he struggles out. He genuinely liked the male. However the fact that he was with his deceased brother's mate and his best friend, might make the process of becoming friends a tad difficult. But he would try. He would try.
