Fennex roamed the territory unsure what he was doing, he thought he'd gone to bed next to his son and he doesn't remember leaving. He also hadn't seen Ursüs patrolling or anyone. "Hello, anyone around." All here heard was silence, not even the winter breeze made a sound. He had turned and a shadow figure erupted from the ground completely formless, tendrill like arms swaying around and bright green eyes looked down on him. "Whaaa." Was all he got to say before the figure closed in on him.
Next thing Fennex knew he was waking up gasping for air still in shock from what happened. He looked over to the other bed to see Ryka still fast asleep and took the opportunity to go for a short walk.

Bolt was sleeping in his normal dream of his parents when though the tears he saw a shadow wolf in the corner of his eye, in the forest behind he’s home den. His eyes were white but had a greed glow around them. Bolt woke startled, panting and sweating, from his parents yes but most from the shadow wolf thing... what was it? Bolt stood up and started to walk towards the lake for a drink and a fish if possible.

Fennex had walked in complete silence, thinking about what had happened. "What was that thing, and why was it there. This isn't right i should be able to control these things. But that creature came out of nowhere. I hope I'm right losing control again, I may have to leave." He sighs before taking a breather. as he sits there he noticed a wolf he'd not seen before, and he was heading for the lake." hmmmm must be a new recruit, should introduce myself, may take my mind off this thing." He gets up and runs toward the new wolf and sees him at the edge of the lake. He the clears his throat to get his attention,"Ummm hello there."

Bolt jumped slightly as the wolf approached him, it had caught him off guard. Bolt snapped back into reality “Oh umm hi there, I’m Bolt, umm rather new around here” he laughed at his awkwardness. “Sorry I got so startled...” Bolt realised that he hadn’t gotten this wolfs name “Oh I haven’t gotten your name yet” He started to stare at the floor. What is going on? Why am I getting so awkward? Does he know about these shadows?

“Oh I am Bolt. Fennex I am sorry if this comes of rude but do you have any powers? Like magic, that kind of thing.” Bolt had a feeling that he would have a magical ability, he seemed like he would. Bolt held a smile, though he was still confused and worried about that shadow thing. He held his paw out for a paw shake, as he tried to hide is worry.
(Sup Fennex! How I think the shadows work is that they try to possess a host to affect other around them and just to cause trouble. They are shape shifters but try to go into a friendly position to gain the victims trust. They come to the victim by dreams but the longer they are in the dreams the more they enter the real world. They can only possess the victim if the victim gives consent to touch them, like a hand shake. If someone is possessed then there eyes change to green, them more they are in control, the greener the eyes. If you have any thoughts on them or different on them tell me in brackets)

“I just am a bit curious. What does hypnonkinesis do? It’s ok if you don’t want to answer” Bolt smiled as he spoke. This Fennex wolf seems really nice he thought to himself.
(Ok so they change their shape to play on the victims fears, Bolts is a wolf because he fears a wolf getting to close then getting hurt. Does that sound more up your alley? I just need to know how to make them affect the victims)

Fennex waves his paw "No no it's ok, hypnokinesis gives me the control of all aspects of sleep, you know like dreams, nightmares, insomnia and so on and I can also enter others dreams."he thinks for a second thinking of anything else he can do "Well I think that sums it up." (Your on a roll ) |

Bolts face immediately changed from his normal grin to like he had seen a ghost. Could that be the reason I saw that.... that thing. Bolt wanted to get to the bottom of this as quick as he could, he didn’t need something prying into his dreams that he didn’t know. “Ok this might sound a little crazy but” he took a deep breath “when I was asleep I saw this thing. I have no idea on what it was but it was like... a shadow” He paused for a bit before he continued. “I completely understand if you don’t want to but... could you come into my dream and just have a look at it. I really don’t want the unknown going in my dreams” His face was deadly serious.

Fennex raised an eyebrow in curiosity "A shadow, you seen a shadow?" He looks at the ground in deep thought ( he seen it to, I really hope it's not me causing this). He looks back up at Bolt and nods is his head sure anything I can do to help."

Bolt smiled at him, happy that Fennex didn’t know what it was. Bolt followed Fennex to his den before laying to sleep he said. “Oh I fall asleep very quickly since...” he paused for a bit before saying “I don’t sleep very well, yeah. Anyway is there anything I need to know before I fall asleep?”

"Nope, you just relax and go and I'll see you shortly then we can get to the bottom of this." Before he could walk away he forgot to tell Bolt something. "One more thing, try not to get too freaked out and wake up or we'll have to start over, Ummm or i could make you stay till we're done, nah don't want to waste energy." He turns back to Bolt ready to get started. "Ready when you are."
