“Ha...Haha... HAHAHAHAHA” The shadow laugh sincerely. “Really? REALY?! You! You, Fennex. You have to be joking, right? Oh you are serious! Hahaha. Oh I would like to see you lay a paw on me. Go on Fennex, if you as strong as you think you are, you can lay a paw on me.” The shadow smiled at Fennex as Bolts tears echoed in the distance.

Fennex had growled knowing he couldn't really do anything. He signed deeply "what do you want, I don't believe you would just hang around just to torment someone for this long."

Fennex sneers at his comment. He looks at his paw and shakes "Fine, deal." But in the back of Fennex's he may not keep this promise if his friend is put in danger. "So... What now?"

The thing started to laugh wickedly as the wolf figure morphed around Fennex. The shadow cloud started oozing into Fennex by his paw. Up through the blood vanes into the heart then back in the blood before coming to the brain. “Oh Fennex...” The shadow hissed before rushing to infect Fennex’s eyes. They turned an emerald green and a soft green light came of the eyes, almost invisible. “Oh Fennex” it repeated “Let’s wake Bolt now shall we, Oh and if you want me to explain... I will later”
(I am so SO sorry for the long wait, Holidays are very busy for me cus I see family that I don’t see often. Hope you have a great holiday too!)

At this point Fennex had little control over his body and had felt the Shadow presence spread throughout him. He struggled to speak and move his body "What...arrre you *grunt* doing." He suddenly fades away from the dream heading back into reality. Still under control of the Shadow, Fennex loomed over Bolt's sleeping body and with a evil grin, his eyes grew brighter "TIME TO WAKE UP BOLT" ( Welcome back  . It's fine but I did have a birthday) |

Bolt opened his eyes slightly, he woke from his dark slumber. He looked at Fennex eyes. Green. SHIT!! FENNEX NO NOT NOW!! Bolt stood up as quick as he could and started to back away from him. “Umm yeah are you ok Fennex?” He stuttered. His breathing became sharp and his heart started to beat faster. If Fennex has been taken over by that shadow I gotta be able to run and hide, where but where?
(I am so sorry for the long time gap, I was fighting my own shadows so to say but I will hopefully be online more now but I can promise anything. Also happy late birthday (: Again I am so sorry about this)

“Not today” He hissed and made up his mind on what. He ran, ran as quick as he could to the bottom of the closest mountain and started to climb. He’s back left leg slipped of a rock he landed on, but he got himself up and kept going. ‘Where is Fennex, I mean the shadow thing, are they on my tail?’

Shadow Fennec walk slowly and came to the bottom of the mountain " Where are you going Bolt, why are you in such a hurry to leave me." He starts climbing up the mountain.

He jumped up the rocks his tail curled under him from fear. He climbed and climbed until he came to a flatter plane and he ran as quick as he could behind the a ledge before the corrupted Fennex could see him. He had tears of fear and anger dripping down his face. Why! Why did I even trust that thing! He promised something in impossible! God. Now this thing is in the world because of my ignorance. I just need to free Fennex.

Shadow Fennex made it up and called out to Bolt in a eerily terrifying voice "Come out Bolt, you cant hide from me for to long hehehe, I cant smell your fear, you reek of it" he said as he creeped around the area

He can smell fear?! So all I have to do is keep calm. Oh that’s simple, not. Bolt started to think of something that calms him. That’s it! Ok now did it go, oh yeah! He started to recited the melody his mother use to sing to him when his was scared. Though you may be far. I can feel you here. I’m wishing on a shooting star, wishing you where here... when he finished reciting it a few times he felt a lot calmer, a little scared but that was no longer his dominant emotion.

What am I supposed to do now! He looked down to the floor, a big drop that would probably break his legs. He looked up, a steep climb he would probably fall down on. I’m dead, but I need to help Fennex, as well as staying alive. He tried as hard as he could to think of a why to escape. Could I slide down there? Worth a try! He prepared himself for possible and probably pain and he went. He slid down the wind ruffled his coat, he looked up at where the Shadow infused Fennex when, WHAM! His left front paw hit a large rock and he when tumbling down the steep mountain. (Thankfully it wasn’t to long of a fall) Bolt reached the bottom of mountain with a horrible headache, multiple cuts and bruises, and one broken paw. He felt to weak to stand. He started to pull himself behind a tree with his other paws. When he reached the nearest tree, he laid there panting. God, oh fu— that hurts. Let’s hope the shadow takes a bit to get here.
