Ursus chuckles "Yup thats what they always say, that or screaming as it tears into them. I've seen stupid humans trying to pet them and then getting mauled. They aren't very common in these parts any more, unless they came back while I was... Resting. This is why you should always travel in pairs though. Theres other creatures, and not to mention bears and stuff, you just can't be too careful."

“Sometimes even just an extra set of eyes and ears is all the difference needed between life and death. Remember, you don’t always have to kill something, often times just wounding it enough to deter it is more than plenty. Or even just acting bold can be enough. For instance if you see a mountain lion don’t run, be fierce! Bark, howl and growl. Not only would you get our attention you could scare it off. While you choose to remain with us you shall be considered one of us and as long as you are considered one of us you can have us watch your back.”

“Not a problem, we all need some one or a bit of help every now and then.” He then yawns and looks weary before continuing “And I’m just too old and tired to do all this alone anymore.”

Ursus snorts and rolls his eyes "Yeah yeah, you're right. Hopefully not for much longer however..." He turns to the horizon as he trails off and wears a faint smile, but quickly snaps out of it and clears his throat "Do you all have enough food? I can't picture that one little thing being enough. If you really want to go back you can but I'll insist on bringing you food."

Ursus nods and then glances back to Jackie "Does she still need food though?"

Ursus gives her a mixed look, a bit of amusement at first thinking it a joke, then concern as he realized it to be a real question. "Jackie... Of course you can. We are a team, we work together. If you want food we get you food, its that simple."

Jackie tilted her head more as she looked to the food. “I brought that to you, I can’t have it”
